I found Acupuncture On Tour online, by recommendation of my midwife, as my baby was in breech position, and I didn’t want to have a cesarian, so my midwife recommended me visiting an acupuncturist to see if they did moxibustion therapy.

After the appointment, my baby turned to the correct position immediately, resulting in her being the right way up. She has now arrived, healthy and happy.

“I came with what I thought was just back ache, and had a full consultation, we realised that it might be kidney or bladder related, something I never considered!

After a couple of sessions, I began to feel comfortable enough to open up to Holly and explain my problems were also to do with excessive urination at night time, as I have an enlarged prostate.

For the first time in years, I am now only urinating once or twice a night, whereas before it was 5 or 6 times and was driving me and my wife mad. I am so grateful and cant believe the power of acupuncture.

My quality of life has improved tenfold as im not getting up all the time to go to the toilet. My back ache is much better, and im even managing to swim and go to the gym the first time in years!

I tried acupuncture as I was having medication which has with excessively uncomfortable heat as a side effect, I just couldnt stay asleep as I was always so hot through the night, I opted for a course of six, after two sessions, my temperature stabilised and by the end of the six sessions, I feel brand new.

After months of Physiotherapy which only worked for a short time, I somewhat sceptically decided to try acupuncture as an alternative treatment.

AOT was very thorough in assessing the issues with my back and after just two treatments the pain started to subside.
