REIKI is an ancient Japanese healing technique, designed to help you rebalance your chakras (energy centres) and to promote relaxation.

It is also helpful pre and post surgeries.

Very relaxing treatment, which can be hands on with very gentle light touch, or no touch if preferred.

Reiki is a treatment on its own for up to 50 minutes, or if adding onto acupuncture, it would be a twenty minute chakra boost and balance, with additional cost to acupuncture treatment.

Cupping Therapy is a powerful modality of Chinese medicine, which can help removal of toxins and help ease muscular tensions.

Fire cupping or suction cupping can be administered, depending on what your practitioner feels you need that day.

Cupping can be used on its own, or to accompany a massage, or also used before acupuncture treatment to assist with blood and energy flow.

Suction cupping can be used as a deep massage, and is used with coconut oil or massage oil.

Cupping will potentially leave marks where the cups have been.

Your acupuncturist is also a qualified massage therapist, so, if necessary, remedial massage will be included before acupuncture treatment to help with assisting the acupuncture. This is included with treatment for up to ten minutes.

If a deeper, longer massage is needed, this will be a separate or additional appointment.

Deep, sports style massage must be administered on a separate day to acupuncture.

Full Swedish or Aromatherapy massage is available on request.

Aromatherapy massage will be made up of blended oils specially selected just for you, and is the most gentle form of massage.

You can choose between Chinese Herbal massage oil, coconut oil, hot coconut oil, or other oil if required, to suit your skin’s needs.
