Reiki Energy Session

Reiki uses universal energy to help unblock chakras to ensure a smooth flow of energy, this is a relaxing, gentle method of therapy which can help to release trapped emotions and to promote a sense of calm and well-being. For this treatment, you will be fully clothed and under a blanket, laying back to relax for the duration, while your practitioner either places light touch on specific points of the body or above the body, if you prefer.
